How much does a coaching session cost?
Sessions are priced from $90-120, and vary according to how often we will be working together.
What is the format for our session?
We can meet virtually over Zoom, or if you are local to Asheville, we can meet at my home in Weaverville. We can also do the session over the phone if that is your preference.
How long will the session be?
Typically it is an hour to an hour and a half.
PLEASE NOTE: We often do deep work that may leave you emotional exhausted (and/or empowered!) I do not recommend scheduling anything taxing afterwards and allow for rest and self-care.
Is the session recorded?
Yes, if that is your desire. Many of my clients find it helpful to revisit the session, as there is often a lot of guidance to integrate (including from your Higher Self!).
In the case of meeting over Zoom, I will send you a video file afterwards. I
n the case of meeting in-person, I will record via phone and will send you an audio file afterwards, or you are welcome to record it on your phone if you like.
I do not share your sessions, and they are for your use only.

What lodging options are there?
The retreat cost includes lodging on the property – your choice of staying indoors (first come, first served) with a shared room and bathroom, or camping with access to a bath house. The bath house is shared with hot showers and changing rooms.
For $400, you can upgrade to a private room for the 4 weekends. You also have the option to stay at Terra Nova for the entire month. Please contact them at 828-862-5909 to get a discounted mid-week rate.

Is there parking on property?
Yes! There are places to load and unload near your lodging with lots to park your car during the retreat in-person weekends (or for the full month if you are choosing to stay at Terra Nova for the duration).
What are the meals provided like?
Meals are included in the retreat cost.
Intuitive nutrition has guided my food preferences for 10 years, so we are selecting high vibe food – organic, local fare to support your spiritual journey.
Lighter fare/snacks are available when you arrive on Friday and throughout the weekend. Three meals are provided on Saturday, with a “brunch feast” on Sunday.
Please let me know your food allergies and preferences if you have them upon registration.
We also encourage you to eat more heavily “with the Sun” and fast after sunset, and foremost to listen to your body and what it needs during this transformational process.
Are there scholarships available?
Yes, these opportunities are first-come, first-served. Please let me know if you are seeking one and we will talk through options.
This opportunity does require $111 deposit as a token of your commitment.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Deposit
A $111 deposit is required to reserve your space. This deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances, as it secures your place and supports early planning and preparation for the retreat.
Cancellation by Participant
If you need to cancel your participation, the following refund structure applies:
- 60+ days before the retreat begins:
You will receive a refund of all payments made, minus the non-refundable $111 deposit. - 30–60 days before the retreat begins:
You will receive a 50% refund of the total retreat cost, minus the $111 non-refundable deposit. - Within 30 days of the retreat start date:
No refunds will be issued.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.
Transfer & Credit Options
If you are unable to attend, you may:
- Transfer your registration to another participant (with prior approval), or
- Apply your paid balance (excluding the non-refundable deposit) as a credit toward a future Leap Dive retreat or other offerings by Randi Janelle.
Credits must be used within 12 months unless otherwise agreed.
If the Retreat is Canceled by the Organizer
In the unlikely event that the retreat is canceled by the organizer, you will receive a full refund of all payments made, including the deposit.
Why a whole month?
I had never heard of a retreat/workshop done in this timing. And yet, my guidance was insistent that it be done this way. Why?
To truly experience an initiation, one must go through an uncomfortable/difficult experience. This timing challenges our ideas of what’s possible:
What can I actually put aside to dedicate to myself?
Am I able to bring everything I’m learning and integrate it into my daily life?
As you commit, you’ll find the answer is YES and everything begins to fall into place. Even if that’s saying NO where you were previously unable to.
After an immersion of this magnitude, daily life will change. The intention and integrity around your growth and understanding will shift every aspect of your life. You will be living as your Higher Self, your new paradigm, your New Earth.
Freedom, ease, empowerment, love, acceptance, healing, compassion–whatever feelings and core values in which you seed your New and Whole Self!
